Fishing close in at the edges of a lake. Also called margin fishing. Fish have learnt that near the end of the day, fisherman packing up will discard their unused bait at the edge of the lake where it becomes a free meal. Targeting these areas, especially in the later part of the day can result in many fish, many of the large fish will feed here and many matches are decided late on by margin fishing.
